I had run in v.2, v.3, and v.4. The worst of all was v.4 undoubtedly. I hope that the v.5 will be as good as the review claims

Agree. I just about fell on my bottom twice tonight going for a midnight walk in slightly wet conditions. I’ve been wearing this pair occasionally for the last 3 months and probably noticed one other time last week there was a bit of slip. Wish I didn’t buy 2 pairs. I had a broken knee a couple of years ago and simply can’t risk it happening again. FYI, I just looked at the soles and there is no discernible tread under the ball of the foot. These shoes show no signs of wear yet, so it’s not that. ASICS, how could you? What a waste of money. I’m really ticked off. (Been an Asics customer for 20 years.)

幸运飞行艇官方开奖记录查询 Comment on Asics Gel Cumulus 23 Review by Brian https://www.runningshoesguru.com/2021/04/asics-gel-cumulus-23-review/#comment-1044668 https://www.runningshoesguru.com/?p=33217#comment-1044668 Have these in GTX version, bought exactly 2 years ago, used about 50 times on 2 hours long walks on street & trail roads.
Initially great, gore-tex layer added to a snug feeling, pretty cosy, especially on rainy days and on wet grass, however, I recently noticed that my right foot is rolling inward significantly and I can feel that I am pushing off with my big toe and both shoes seem tighter than when I bought them (at the end of 2 hour session feet feel crumped – which is normal, feet expand a bit, however, it wasn’t the case when I was using them last year)
Another pair of Asics shoes that I can basically throw away (after GEL-KAYANO 28 PLATINUM). How I wish I fixed upper fabric on my old old Kayano’s (14s?) which were indestructible and I decomissioned them becasue of small tears on the upper, unfortunately, I didn’t know that Asics is not making such solid shoes anymore.

so started looking for another pair, defenitely not buying another pair of Asics’s – I had earlier version of kayano’s, had them for nearly 10 years and the shoes didn’t even looked worn out after such a long time. Unfortunately, started tearing out around small toes – easily repariable, but I decided to trust Asics and buy another pair. I also got rid of the good Kayano’s – that was a mistake. Three different models bought since, and only trabuco are useable, on tired legs.

幸运飞行艇官方开奖记录查询 Comment on ON Cloudeclipse Review by Roger https://www.runningshoesguru.com/reviews/road/on-cloudeclipse-review/#comment-1044492 https://www.runningshoesguru.com/?post_type=reviews_road&p=44491#comment-1044492 These shoes feel very cushioned to me, but the foam deteriorates at different rates, which for me caused the outer side of the midsole to now be far softer than the inner side, collapsing unevenly, causing them to be even less stable than brand new. They also started squeaking after about a month. Whilst very forgiving for long runs, they do not maintain their quality for a long time.

Instead of saving my feet and calves on long runs it works them too hard. My foot has to do a lot of work to turn the shoe over. It also feels heavier than it is, I think partly because of so much weight in the front of the shoe. Feels impossible to accelerate.

幸运飞行艇官方开奖记录查询 Comment on Saucony Guide 17 Review by John https://www.runningshoesguru.com/reviews/road/saucony-guide-17-review/#comment-1044433 https://www.runningshoesguru.com/?post_type=reviews_road&p=45932#comment-1044433 Just had my first run in the saucony guyide 17. Bought it on a discount as the Guide 18 will be very similar as the guide 17. Need to find a replacement for the medial post shoes (like Saucony Omni, hoka Arahi (JFrame)) I ran in so far.
First impression is they are huge /bulky (even bulkier than Hoka) but they run okay the heel -toe transition is not bad. I can more easily pickup the pace compared to the Omni 22. Will give later more feedback as I plan to use them for an ultra in 4 months time. I will ony use it on asphalt roads and pavements. I will stay away from light trails because of the huge midsole expore. This limitation already makes the shoe less versatile, which is a pity as Saucony shows with the Ride, tempus and omni that they can make “light” shoes with enough outsole coverage. (Even the upcoming Hurricane 25 seems to get more outsole coverage).
Let’s see if I can reach 500 miles, which I reach on all my other shoes or if the midsole will break earlier.

幸运飞行艇官方开奖记录查询 Comment on Skechers GO RUN Ride 10 Review by Kaushik https://www.runningshoesguru.com/reviews/road/skechers-go-run-ride-10-review/#comment-1044315 https://www.runningshoesguru.com/?post_type=reviews_road&p=38788#comment-1044315 I was frankly a bit disappointed with the ride 10. It feels comfortable, well cushioned and soft but I have not felt enough energy return. I use it as my longish distance (15-21km) trainer I’m quite surprised with the extent of wear on the outer side of both heals after barely 150 kms. (I weigh 67 kgs and wear UK size 9). It took my Nike Pegasus 500+ kms of pounding before I could see any sole wear. I have to say the Goodyear rubber is not that durable after all. Just as well as because nothing about the shoe really stands out except its relatively light weight.

幸运飞行艇官方开奖记录查询 Comment on Bionic Boots by Donald Perry https://www.runningshoesguru.com/2014/11/bionic-boots/#comment-1044290 http://www.runningshoesguru.com/?p=13551#comment-1044290 I can’t find a way to buy a pair of these boots lots of knock offs none like this if there’s any available I believe that a pair could potentially sell for anywhere from $1,200.⁰⁰ to $2,000.⁰⁰ USD a pair perhaps more depending on the performance considering that people will pay 10,000.⁰⁰ or more for a high end bicycle. Let me know if you have any resources for a place to purchase a pair in a size 12 US EEE AS I have a wide foot. 1E may work. I also have had a few ideas for a similar boot design with a bit of new technology and materials i believe we could have people jogging at 45 mph and running at 60 mph the problem is no one knows how to react to the “if’s” at these speeds like what if a pothole, rock, slippery surface, sand on concrete and what not. I have an idea for a protective body armor suit with an integrated extended surroundings awareness safety system so at higher speeds u can have more time to make adjustments for what’s up ahead this system is of course $10,000.⁰⁰ give or take until it hits, well, any market. Where it can then be mass-produced and eventually hit the consumer market and at this point the cost will reduce considerably more making the products more available and again this is the tip top end. There are lesser options depending on what the customer wants. Also there’s the what I want to call the iron man option but I do think there’s a copyright issue so it’s probably going to have to be called the titanium option. Anyway I’m working on a prototype for the suit and a boot upgrade if anything else if u have some time and want to collaborate let me know.

Yes, this would be a great marathon training shoe. It has plenty of cushioning.

It’s moderately bouncy and good energy return.
However, they are somewhat ‘slappy’ on hard surfaces which is somewhat of a drawback but not a deal-breaker, and the rear stack could have been made a little less ominous.
All-in-all, it is a great shoe.

幸运飞行艇官方开奖记录查询 Comment on Saucony Omni 22 Review by John https://www.runningshoesguru.com/reviews/road/saucony-omni-22-review/#comment-1043939 https://www.runningshoesguru.com/?post_type=reviews_road&p=45862#comment-1043939 In reply to Lisa J..

The omni is very stable but it is based on “old” technology/ideas about technology. The anti pronation is countered by a hard plastic on the inside and that is still present in the omni. However, that solution is not the best option for all anti pronation. Therefore, the industry now tries the fix it in the shoe design itself. Wider platform, geometry and other things should bring stability. The guide is an example of that.
As the market development goes into the second direct, it would try if the shoes based on the new technology works for you. For, me the omni works and I will try the guide coming February. I am not worried that the guide does not work for me. I am more worried about the durability of the midsole as there is not much outsole coverage in the guide. Therefore, if you doing gravel roads or trails, search for even another shoe.

The only drawback is that if you slow down in a race the Pro 3 punishes you severely as feel that weight but try to move swiftly you be extremely rewarded with the best shoes in the world of running.

Hi Lana. Yes, you can use it for marathon training. It has a relatively firm ride compared to other trainers but if you like a firm ride, you can definitely use it.
